Taylor Prestidge

Creative Director, CEO

Taylor offers expertise and a wealth of knowledge in the advertising and marketing world. Educated in media communications at both Mohawk College and McMaster University in Hamilton, Taylor always takes a passionate approach to ensuring that the Sway clientele exceed their goals. As a published author and stand-up comedian, Taylor has journeyed in many ways down the road less travelled.

Taylor’s active imagination and business understanding of today’s multi-functional marketing concepts is supplemented by his active lifestyle, love of music and film, and having a few laughs. Taylor is also a devout supporter of the Toronto Maple Leafs, Blue Jays and golf legend John Daly.

Jonah Tremback

Director of Marketing, COO

Jonah works hands on with all clients to ensure that they receive an exemplary customer experience with Sway. He enjoys working with unique companies of all sizes to help them tell their story through innovative marketing strategies. Jonah specializes in creating a unique marketing presence that allows companies to separate themselves from their competition and connect with their target audience.

In his spare time, you can find Jonah on the golf course or exploring the great outdoors. Jonah has a passion for helping people, health and fitness, and sports.

Maureen Mendoza

Project Manager

Maureen graduated from OCAD University with a Bachelor of Design in Graphic Design. Over the span of six years, she has gained experience working in industries ranging from energy and education to culture and heritage. Ever adaptable and contagiously positive, Maureen communicates between the Sway team and our clientele to ensure project execution and customer satisfaction.

Off the clock, you’ll find Maureen hosting craft nights with her friends or listening to Hanson’s entire discography.

Tessa Love

Office & Media Manager

Tessa is a graduate from The University of Guelph-Humber where she studied Business Administration with an area of emphasis in marketing. She actively utilizes her skillset within the Sway team to manage digital ad campaigns and ensure office routines run smoothly. Tessa has an extensive background in customer service paired with a fun-loving nature that creates a memorable and inviting client experience.

Off the clock, Tessa can be found listening to music and cutting mean shapes on the dancefloor.

Mike Cordeiro

Senior Design Director

Over the past 15 years Mike has honed a wide array of skills in graphic design, web development, and marketing. Skilled in both print and digital, he loves to create effective solutions to help clients solve their communications challenges.

Mike enjoys spending time with his family, and teaching his kids why proper kerning is important and that you don’t always want your logo to be bigger.

Tash Howe

UX/UI Designer

Tash is a design professional with an B.A Honours in Graphic and Media Design. With experience in designing for both web and print, she continuously looks for new and unique ways of creating effective and inspiring design.

After recently moving to Canada, you can find her running the streets and exploring her new surroundings. Tash enjoys cooking and experimenting with new recipes and watching the latest TV shows on Netflix!

Jess Avolio

Art Director

Jess is a multidisciplinary creative with formal training in Fine Arts and Graphic Design. With an Honours B.A. from the University of Guelph, Jess uses a solid foundation in the fundamentals of art to support their work in the field of marketing, advertising, and design.

In Jess’ spare time, you can find her sipping on a perfectly steeped cup of British tea, taking way too many pictures of her cat, and playing a mean game of Scrabble.

Natalie Brenner

Graphic Designer

Natalie is a passionate self-taught photographer and graphic design graduate from Conestoga College. Since working at Sway, her two loves of design and photography came together, allowing her to play to her strengths as a creative. Natalie is always driven to push her abilities to learn and grow, and believes in effective creative thinking in order to find the best design solution.

Natalie enjoys drinking matcha every morning, watching Seinfeld re-runs, and devouring anything chocolate. Oh, and she could definitely school you in a game of Tetris.

Taylor Duckworth

Communications Manager

Taylor is a communications professional with a passion for public relations. She loved that she could incorporate her two passions, social media and writing, into her career. Since starting in the field of public relations, she has expanded her skill set in social media and writing.

In her free time, Taylor enjoys taking nature photos. When she’s not taking photos, you can find her at the yoga studio perfecting her crow pose or at the gym working on her fitness.

Katelyn Sinclair


A graduate of the DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University, Katelyn uses an array of professional skills to find unique solutions to problems and provide an exceptional client experience. With an extensive background in customer service and experience in various aspects of marketing and finance, she ensures that the goals of Sway and our clients are reached.

Off the clock, Katelyn enjoys baking and cooking new recipes. When she runs out of ingredients, you can find her exploring Netflix or helping to lead her dodgeball team to victory.

Traci Armstrong

Production Intern

Traci has a keen interest in the major facets of advertising and marketing. Her greatest passion lies in videography and design. She is developing her skills in these areas through the pursuit of a Bachelor of Arts degree in Multimedia at McMaster University. At Sway she has surrounded herself with extremely talented individuals that have been great mentors thus far.

Traci loves finding new places to take pictures and discovering new hiking trails. If she isn’t outside you can find her enjoying a cup of tea and a classic film.
